STORAGE & SHELF LIFE

We pride ourselves using the finest ingredients. Additives are never used in our cakes or chocolates. Our ethos always to use the very best natural and organic ingredients, that entail of organic free-range eggs, Organic Doves Farm flour, Tate & Lyle sugars, Lescure or Président butter and Callebaut; dark, milk, white couverture chocolate and cocoa powder. 

 

We recommend  to keep our cake(s)s and scones at room temperature, alternatively stored in an air tight container to maintain the soft moisture and taste; preferably to be consumed on the day of purchase.

Cakes with fresh fruit to be consumed on the day or next day. 

 

We suggest to refrigerate cake(s) if purchased in advanced. Whilst refrigerating cake(s), will naturally lose the quality of freshness. 

​

To preserve the cake(s), we recommend to have them delivered closer to the event as possible and not to be refrigerated for more than 1hr. 

​

Cupcakes, to be removed 30 minutes before consumption.

 

Layer cakes must be removed 2 to 3hrs in advance given time for the cake(s) to thaw.

Cupcakes up to 3 days - Refrigerator

Layer Cakes up to 4 days - Refrigerator

​

Scones up to 1 to 2 days - Room Temperature 

​

Macarons up to 2 days - Refrigerator 

​

Biscuits up to 5 days - Refrigerator

​

Tray bakes up to 5 days - Room Temperature

​

Chocolates up to 3 to 4 months - Cool Dry Place

​

Confectionary up to 2 to 3 weeks - Room Temperature

​

Preserves up to 1 to 2 years - Unopened or 6mths to 1 year - Open
