Deliveries are made by hand on the date specified on the order. All deliveries are handled directly by Kensington Gardens Tea & Chocolaterie. Please ensure someone will be at the premises at the time of delivery. When placing the order online, and there are specific delivery instructions; these are to be added onto the notes section at check-out. When placing the order by telephone, to inform us of these instructions.

Upon receiving the order and there are no delivery instructions, all  attempts will be made to leave the product(s) at a safe place; with a neighbour or place of work. We cannot keep hold of your order nor are we able to re-deliver at a different time or date.

If you are booking your own courier, once it has left the bakery we will not be responsible or accountable for any damages that may have occurred during transit.
