RETURN POLICY

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us within 24hrs of making the order, where a full refund will be issued. For any orders outside the 36hr period will not be entitled to a full refund. 

Our products are baked to order and are not returnable. If the quality and condition of the product is not satisfactory, we must be notified within 24hrs of receipt. Outside that period, Kensington Gardens Tea & Chocolaterie will not accept liability of any complaints after this time. 

All complaints must be addressed to the Management of Kensington Gardens Tea & Chocolaterie. Photos should be submitted to evaluate any damage or discrepancy relating to the product in question to receive a full refund (all matters are subject to KGT&C discretion). 

Refunds, credit notes or exchanges is to be of the same value as per from the original purchase, subject to the above terms & conditions.
