Raspberry & Chocolate Ganache Cake

A decadent layer velvet chocolate sponge cake, filled with layers of chocolate ganache and handmade raspberry purée. Decorated in a smooth chocolate ganache, crowned with fresh raspberries.

Organic flour, sugar, (unsalted butter, free-range eggs, cream), baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, vanilla extract, fresh raspberries. salt.

 

Dark chocolate contains 55% cocoa solids minimum.

Cocoa powder contains 100% cocoa solids minimum.

Contains GLUTEN (WHEAT), DAIRY, MILK. All our products are made in an environment that handles NUTS & SOYA that may contain traces. Suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans. At Kensington Gardens Tea & Chocolaterie, all our cakes are crafted and made by hand. The products used are sourced only using the finest ingredients. 

Please note, we require 48 hours notice for next day delivery.

We offer a bespoke delivery service and take pride that every product reaches its destination in perfect condition. Our local deliveries will be charged at £10 all other designated areas charged at a flat rate of £20.​
