  • The history behind 'Eton Mess' comes from the school of Eton & Harrow during a cricket match in the 18th century. This cake still remains an all time British favourite. A soft vanilla sponge, filled with strawberry purée containing of juicy strawberry pieces. Topped with vanilla/strawberry buttercream, French meringue and drizzled with raspberry purée.
